Mr. Rosenfeld brings real world business experience to his practice of the law.  As a real estate developer and principal in several local businesses, Marc understands the practical realities behind today's legal decisions.  Marc represents buyers, sellers and lenders in residential and commercial transactions, works on behalf of both landlords and tenants in commercial and residential disputes and lease negotiations, counsels individuals and businesses in civil litigation matters, and has extensive training in alternative dispute resolution techniques.

Marc accepts pro bono cases through the Volunteer Lawyers Project of the Boston Bar Association and has worked with the Suffolk University Legal Services landlord / tenant clinic representing indigent clients throughout Chelsea and Revere.
