Attorney Rosenfeld brings real world business experience to his practice of the law.  As a real estate developer and principal in several local businesses, Marc understands the practical realities behind today's legal decisions.  Marc represents buyers and sellers in residential and commercial transactions, works on behalf of both landlords and tenants in commercial and residential disputes, counsels individuals and businesses in civil litigation matters, and  advises clients on local land-use and by-law interpretation.  Marc has extensive training in alternative dispute resolution techniques.

Marc provides pro-bono assistance to those in need and has worked with the Suffolk University Legal Services landlord / tenant clinic representing indigent clients throughout Chelsea and Revere. 

Marc lives in Holliston with his wife and three children.
