Ms. Rosenfeld is a real estate developer who has been in private practice as an attorney for over sixteen years.  Ellen has represented buyers, sellers and lenders in both residential and commercial real estate transactions, serves as legal counsel to numerous businesses and condominium associations, and regularly represents individuals and organizations in all manner of civil matters.  As a builder Ellen has developed over fifteen residential subdivisions and several large scale commercial projects throughout metrowest Massachusetts. 

Ellen has been recognized for outstanding commitment by the Volunteer Lawyer's Project which bestowed upon her the Maguire Pro Bono Award for outstanding and continuous service in the representation of indigent clients throughout Massachusetts.
